New Relic may use certain third parties in its provision of its service to customer, including for the processing of customers' data. New Relic may engage such third parties, provided that such third parties enter into written agreements with New Relic ensuring appropriate protections in accordance with this Agreement and applicable industry standards. Subject to Customer signing up for updates (at newrelic.com/NR-legal-signup-datasubprocessors), New Relic shall provide prior notice of any additional third party of the type described herein.
New Relic may also aggregate or de-identify customers' data (which includes reports or output generated by the service, but excludes New Relic templates, technology (including updates), and feedback) in accordance with the New Relic Services Data Privacy Notice.
